Warning: Potential Spoilers

Did you like the recent Spider-Man reboot? Well, if you did, you’d might like to know that the plot synopsis for the sequel has finally been revealed, though there aren’t that many new details that weren’t revealed through actor rumors and such.
In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.
So, it seems like mainstays Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are back, with Jamie Foxx and Dane DeHann bringing new characters into the reboot’s storyline. In addition, Aunt May (Sally Field) will be returning, bringing with her Mary Jane Watson (Shailene Woodley), Rhino (Paul Giamatii), and an unspecified role for Colm Feore.
If Project Versus J, a game that crosses the Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, and Toriko universes, wasn’t enough to get you excited, maybe a one-hour anime special with the same crossover animes will be enough! It was announced that Dream 9 Toriko & One Piece & Dragon Ball Z Cho Collaboration Special will have a two-part special, lasting 30 minutes each, or 1 hour altogether. Not much is known about the plot of this special crossover anime, but the two parts are entitled Run, Strongest Army! Toriko to Luffy to Goku, and History’s Strongest Collaboration vs. Glutton of the Sea. The series is set to celebrate the 3-year anniversary of Toriko, and the special will premier on Japan’s Dream 9 block on one of the Sundays this April.

If you didn’t think Disney was going to milk the Star Wars franchise bone dry, you might want to change your mind after hearing this: Disney is aiming to make spin-off movies to coincide with the next trilogy set (Episode VII, VII, and IX).

Lawrence Kasdan and Simon Kinberg have been drafted to work on these spin-off films, as well as working with newly appointed Star Wars director J.J. Abrams on the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII. Currently, within the span of six years beginning in 2015, the next Star Wars trilogy will be released sporadically throughout that time period. This places Episode VII to be released sometime on 2015, Episode VIII on 2018, and Episode IX on 2021, with the spin-off movies probably set in between the three year gap for each movie. Thoughts?
