Ah, Master Yi, the potential bane for any League of Legends player who may have crossed paths with the legendary swordsman of Ionia. It was recently announced that Master Yi will be receiving a full graphical update as well as a kit rework, and though details such as what would be adjusted and when the rework will launch were afk (away from keyboard), we do have a details on what the plans are for his rework.

The rework was announced by lead content designer Morello, who stated that the new graphic for Master Yi will make him fall more in line with the current style of newer champions, which features better body proportions. Additionally, gameplay wise, Master Yi will be reworked so that his Ability Power (AP) and Attack Damage (AD) features can become synchronized. This means that common AP Master Yi builds will be getting a significant downplay, while his AD stats will get a significant boost to level out his abilities.
