It’s been a long time coming, but Riot has officially released the first details on the all-new upcoming Magma Chamber map!

The new map will be shown off during the League of Legends All-Stars Championship, and will be featured through one versus one and two versus two matches. In terms of the All-Stars Championship rules, players can win in one of three ways: Kill 100 creeps, destroy the enemy’s turret, or obtain first blood. Of course, in terms of public use, we may have to wait a little while before being able to play, as Riot has stated that a bit of hardware work must be done to ensure that the individual and pair matches can work on a worldwide scale. An estimated time frame when you could expect this map is sometime before the official start of Season 4.

A summery of all the changes incoming with the Patch 3.7 update:
Champions being changed included Akali, Caitlyn, Cassiopeia, Diana, Elise, Jarvan IV, Karma, Miss Fortune, Mordekaiser, Nami, Nunu, Quinn, Rammus, Rumble, Syndra, Twisted Fate, Udyr, Varus, Warwick, Zac, Zed, and Zyra.
Items getting changed include Mana Manipulator, Mikael’s Crucible, and Shard of True Ice.
Custom Item Sets and Loss of Control Bars are being integrated within the game. You can build your own custom item sets and set them to a specific map(s) and can be found under the summoner’s profile to create the sets, and under the Recommended tab to use within the game. These item sets are tied to the computer and not the server, so if you play League of Legends on multiple computers, you’ll have to create duplicate item sets on each computer. Additionally, Loss of Control bars will show you the duration in which your champion is afflicted by some status effect (i.e. Silence, Taunt, Slow, etc.).

| Blood Well (Passive) | Aatrox stores a portion of his abilities’ health cost in the Blood Well, which slowly drains to a base amount while he is out of combat. When Aatrox loses all of his health, he draws on the Blood Well and recovers the amount of health stored. |
| Dark Flight | Aatrox rises into the air and slams into a target location. Enemies within the impact zone are knocked up and take damage, while nearby enemies take damage. |
| Blood Thirst | Aatrox heals himself on every third attack. Activating Blood Thirst toggles Blood Price.
Blood Price: Every third attack now deals bonus damage instead of healing Aatrox. Aatrox loses health based on the bonus damage dealt. |
| Blades of Torment | Aatrox fires a line attack that damages and slows enemies caught in its path. Aatrox is refunded a part of the health cost if Blades of Torment strikes an enemy champion. |
| Massacre | Upon activation, Aatrox instantly damages enemies in an area around him. For the duration of Massacre, Aatrox gains bonus attack speed and range. Massacre has no health cost. |
