1:17 PM: The next XBOX aims to connect games, television, and entertainment all in one box.
1:18 PM: The new XBOX is officially called XBOX One! The system was also shown; a large black box with some sleek edges. Additionally, what appears to be Kinect 2.0 and the new controller was shown. XBOX One will also be cloud powered.

1:25 PM: Looks like smooth multitasking is also supported. The Windows 8 inspiration is quite apparent in how the user interface works.
1:26 PM: XBOX One will also fully support Skype, from video calls, voice calls, and even group calls! Also, you’ll be able to use Skype through Snap, the multi-tasking aspect of XBOX One.
1:28 PM: The XBOX One will also feature interactivity with live television shows, such as finding your fantasy players in sports. Additionally, you can use voice commands to instantly switch to any available channel by name (i.e. HBO, Cartoon Network, FX, etc.)
1:32 PM: XBOX One is reported to be quite silent, and has some pretty impressive specs, including a Blu-Ray drive.
1:33 PM: There’s 3 operating systems in XBOX One! The XBOX OS, Windows OS, and an OS to switch instantaneously between the XBOX and Windows OS.
1:34 PM: The new Kinect will be paired with every single XBOX One system, and it’s got some really amped up specs too! 1080p camera and more movement readings.
1:35 PM: The new XBOX One controller has also been updated to be more precise and responsive.
1:35 PM: SmartGlass will also be heavily integrated with XBOX One.
1:36 PM: Seems like Kinect is vital for anything command related for the XBOX One.
1:37 PM: There’s also a new XBOX Live incoming. It’ll now be powered by 300,000 servers for XBOX One’s XBOX Live service. You can store everything on the cloud, including game saves, game videos, achievements, and more!

1:41 PM: EA is launching a new engine for XBOX One, named EA Sports Ignite. Wants to blur the differences between reality and the virtual world.
1:45 PM: The new EA Sports games are being showcased right now; still looks a bit virtual graphics wise, but the new engine is promising more “human-like” intelligence that’ll impact these types of games. Perhaps we need a 4K resolution TV to see the realism graphic capabilities?
1:47 PM: Microsoft Studios has taken the stage.
1:48 PM: Forza Motorsport 5 is being shown. Looks quite incredible graphics wise! It’ll be a launch title, and more of this game will be shown at E3 2013.

2:04 PM: Call of Duty: Ghosts is about to be shown. It was built for the next generation. The trailer has also been shown (we’ll post the trailer a little bit later).
2:06 PM: You get dogs in Call of Duty: Ghost, and it’ll feature a brand new game engine. The engine will feature Sub-D, which makes things look rounder the closer you get to them (i.e. helmets, scopes, etc.) Also, animations are being worked to be more fluid, as well as better smoke and liquid details.
2:08 PM: Dynamic maps will be featured for Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer modes. Additionally, you’ll get some really in-depth character customization.
2:09 PM: Everything will run at a smooth 60 frames per second on Call of Duty: Ghosts, with quite a few interactive elements.
2:11 PM: Looks like character models for both humans and dogs are quite textualized. The environments also look quite realistic, with some amped up numbers of polygons and other features thanks to the new game engine.
2:14 PM: Underwater segments in Call of Duty: Ghosts? Looks pretty awesome! The trailer is quite dramatic and emotional; looks like Infinity Ward is getting closer to making Call of Duty games much more story-driven rather than just combat/multiplayer based.
2:15 Pm: And that’s all! More information about XBOX One and its games will be coming to you at the E3 2013 convention! Thanks for being with UDuelists as we covered this broadcast!
