Do you like Pokemon? How about Alpacas? Do you wish that Pokemon had evolving Alpacas? If you answered yes to all of those questions, then today’s your lucky day! Introducing Alpaca Evolution, which, as its name suggests, allows you to set in motion the evolution of the alpha Alpaca!
So, how does this game work? Well, you begin with a field of Alpacas, and by touching them, they die. Yep, it’s darwinism at work, except instead of “survival of the fittest,” it’s “last Alpaca to not be touched!” Once you’re only left with one Alpaca in the field, things begin to… evolve.
As you click the corpses of the other dead Alpaca, the last remaining one begins to eat them, thus leading to its evolution. As you eat more dead Alpacas, you evolve even further, and, well, you can see for yourself in the pictures scattered around this article.
So, if you want to play Alpaca Evolution, you can do so… completely free! It’s available on both iOS and Android systems.
The Connecticut elementary school tragedy that occurred in December 2012 is indeed tragic, however, it has caused quite a stir among weapon and video game/movie/television enthusiasts on which outlet is to blame for violent behavior. From the National Rifle Association’s (NRA) point of view, the organization blames violent video games such as Mortal Kombat and Grand Theft Auto for facilitating, promoting, and rewarding violent behavior.
Well, general public, let us present to you, cold, burning, irony. The NRA has released NRA: Practice Range for the iOS, which contains 9 various firearms, a few virtual shooting ranges, and a wealth of information about the NRA organization. The game even has a bit of DLC, as you can purchase a virtual MK11 Sniper Rifle for 99 cents USD.
Though the NRA claims that the game is meant to promote safe firearms use (even that’s ironic), it allows you to hunt and shoot coffin-shaped targets with marks on the head and heart.
To the NRA, let me present to you, Tactical Facepalm, because obviously, a facepalm has more tactics than your irony.
